Please join me to explore the miracle of birth

      I would like to invite you to join a 4-part childbirth education class, to learn about many aspects of this life changing journey. We will cover healthy pregnancy tips, all phases of labor, how to cope both physically and mentally with the process, partner involvement, standard hospital care, some of the normal yet unexpected things that may occur, and the recovery after birth with a brief introduction to the fourth trimester and life with your newborn. As a Birth and Postpartum Doula for the last 6 years, I will incorporate my experiences and tailor the classes to the interests and questions of those in attendance.

      My classes will be offered as a package, or through an on-going drop in option. Classes are held on Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 8:30. I will begin a new series each second Tuesday of "odd" months, ie., January, March, May, July, September, November. From that first class, I will work through the material with bi weekly classes in a progression but am also happy to fill in questions asked by drop-in clients. Once enrolled, your attendance and commitment to the series alone is much appreciated!
